Brought my 2004 Toyota to have a spare key copied. The key had a chip and had to be paired to the car. Jesse helped me out and after several attempts determined the battery was possibly bad. Sure enough it tested bad at a local parts store. Quick battery swap and back to Jesse at ACE. Once again the key failed to pair. Jesse was extremely patient and worked for over an hour, refusing to give up. After some trouble shooting SUCCESS. I can not say enough about Jesse's patience and pissitive attitude.
